I was actually just coming on to say that the PDF has been uploaded to www.swmresources.com. The checklist isn't up yet, though.

You can go to Glossary > Sets and open up the character list, then copy/paste that into a spreadsheet.
I just did it in Excel. Select the first 13 columns, "paste special" as text, edit/format as desired.
