When Princess Leia's CE grants an immediate attack at +4 for +10 to Han lets say who has cunning +4 for +10 within 6 against an unactivated enemy, can a rebel on tantaun combine fire with that attack (he has spotter +20) for a +12 for +40 damage?

Second, I assume that after all of this all these characters are considered activated, but only Leia is considered to have actually activated for the sake of activating two characters per turn, correct?

1. No. You can only benefit from Combined Fire on your own turn.

2. Yes, Combined Fire activations do not count towards your activation per phase limit.
