Do Echani's get both the Atris +4 att +10 damage bonus and Talon IB +4 att +10 damage bonus if its an all fringe squad?
My feeling is they would not as both bonuses are more flat and based on conditions rather than Echani's gaining a named ability such as Cunning or Opportunist.

No they don't stack. Talon's CE was actually originally a special ability, but Echanis were determined to be too good with it like that. Now they're actually a nombo, since Talon would still get Ysalimiri, which means characters within 6 of him don't benefit from Force Meditation, which is one of Atris's key features.

Talon + Jabba Crime Lord + Echanis could still be part of a good squad, I reckon? It's just that Atris doesn't fit in with them,
