Pulse Cannon: Can enemies evade these if they have the evade ability? If so, then how would it work? Would they roll for the evade first of the entire attack and if they successfully evaded it, no one (including target enemy and adjacent allies) would take damage, correct? But, if the evade failed, the target could then roll for a save of 11 (because that's what the card says) and if successful or unsuccessful would all the adjacent allies be able to roll individual evades to avoid the 40 or 10 damage if the adjacent allies have evade? Sorry for this not being written better.
kouhnun infestation: If the target enemy has evade, can the target roll for an 11 twice, since the card gives them a chance to evade as well?

You can only evade damage from attacks, not damage dealt by special abilities.

No to all questions. Evade only works on normal attacks with attack rolls. Each adjacent character rolls his own pulse cannon save.

Thanks. So...Pulse Cannon, when used, will do 40 or 10 damage to target and each adjacent character, right? The target enemy would roll for an 11 and if that roll is 11 or higher, it will only be 10 damage for the target enemy, but then each adjacent character will roll their own save of 11. Basically, the target enemy can take 10 damage, and an adjacent character can take 40 damage, right?

You are certain to take damage as well as those adjacent. A death knell for uggies and mouse droids.
