If Luke Hero of Yavin has mettle and rerolls an attack, if the die is a 15 and you add 4 to make 19, does that count as a critical for the sake of deadly attack and for flurry attack giving you all that comes with those?

No, as critical hits only look for the physical roll.

o.k, so deadly attack and flurry attack would be out in that example, I believe you answered this, but I wanted to make sure would he even get the double damage for a critical hit in that example?

No, Deadly Attack explicitly states that it triggers on a roll of natural 19 or 20
