I wanna make sure, but If Bastila Shan uses Advanced battle meditation, will it affect characters in range of Yasalamiri?

No, as they have Force Immunity.

As for Force Immunity
The +10 damage will still work vs them but the Disruptive part wont.

This is from the FAQ's Force Immunity does not protect against Force powers that boost the attacker's statistics or abilities. Thus, when attacking a character with Force Immunity, the attacker can benefit from Lightsaber Precision, Sith Rage, Force Valor, and so on. Similarly, powers such as Blaster Barrage, Lightsaber Assault, Whirlwind Attack, Lightsaber Sweep and Lightsaber Throw allow the attacker to make extra attacks or make an attack when he would not otherwise be able to; such powers don't count as affecting the character with Force Immunity. Thus, a Force Immune character can be attacked by an enemy using one of those powers. Likewise, Force Leap, Master Speed, and Knight Speed affect the character who is moving, so Force Immunity doesn't eliminate any part of those abilities' benefits. In short, if a Force power boosts a character's stats, allows it to make more attacks than normal, or enhances its movement, Force Immunity does not protect against the Force power. If a Force power deals damage to or applies a condition directly to one or more characters, Force Immunity protects against the Force power. SO it sounds like Jonnyb815 is right. I think I just confused myself

Well it depends. If the attacking character wants to utilize Bastilla's ABM, he/she must be outside of the bubble when making the attack. You can attack a character within the bubble, with the +10 in this situation. If the attacking character is within the bubble, then there is no benefit from ABM on that attack.

juice man wrote:Does Force Weapon work within 6 of the Y? Yes, as once it is triggered, it doesn't go away, even if the character gains Force Immunity. It cannot be triggered when within 6 of a Ysalimari, due to them being unable to spend Force Points. Okay, quick answer, as I do not want this to get as confusing as the gamers thread: 1. If you have Force Immunity, Force Abilities do not affect you, or you do not benefit from them, just like any Force Powers. 2. If it is affecting your character, it does not matter if the opponent has Force Immunity, as it isn't affecting the enemy, it is affecting the ally.

ok so I have a question now. Yesterday at a local tourny, someone played Bastila JM and used ABM on his first turn. His opponent (double pawned lancers) moved in and hit her the next turn. The judge was called in and since Bastila had taken damage, the ABM was canceled.
Where in the rules/glossary does it state that a force power ends when a character takes damage, spends a fp or uses a force power?

http://www.swmgamers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=10257Look at the defination of Force Abilities, which Advanced Battle Meditation grants. Force Abilites are a new subsection of Force Powers with some different restrictions.

Quick question brought back from this discussion. I tried to find it, however I was unsuccessful. If Bastila uses ABM against Imps, and Pallaeon has all of the Imp commanders in the Ysalamiri bubble, will other Imp pieces that are not in the Ysalamiri bubble still receive commander effects, since the Commander effects aren't suppressed due to their Commander's Force Immunity? Just a little fuzzy on the rule.

ABM still suppresses CEs for characters outside the Ysalimiri bubble as they aren't benefitting from Force Immunity.
