I would normally give Makashi to Anakin, giving me 3 characters that can be tanks against attacks (with some luck).
Jarael would get a +14 attack due to Qui-Gon, and Anakin would get an +11 (+15 with opportunist). Marn would normally bring in door control. I don't think it'd be too competitive, but it's a fun idea.
