Does the character get to move as far as he wants then attack, can he attack multiple targets. Clarification?

The character can move up to its speed (generally 6 squares), then make two attacks. Both attacks can be against different targets, as long as both targets are adjacent. Normal rules would apply regarding Twin Attack, however.
