I assume if some one uses MTB then San Hill can add up to 20 points of Separatists, right?

Yes. That's one of the reasons why the MTB is often a reinforcements option instead of being built into the main squad. If you happen to face San Hill, having an MTB is an auto-loss if you can't kill it.
