Does a character with Ground Pilot count as a character with Pilot for CE's? (like Klat Captain or Odd Ball)

i don't believe so because the CE's for them say that they must have the Polit SA and this Has pilot in the name but its not THE pilot SA.

But you can use characters with Pilot in their name to benefit from Pilot CE's. Maybe I need to check the Glossary

What CHS said. If it says 'Ground Pilot' in their name, then they would have Pilot in their name and they count as a Pilot. (Currently, nobody has 'Ground Pilot' in their name.) Having the "Ground Pilot" SA is not enough, though.
