Ok so here's the question
You have Boba-MC, Mandalore the Resurrector, and Jaina-Sword all in a squad. Boba gives out Accurate Shot, not though that Jaina isn't a shooter does she then still gain the ability accurate shot and is thus susceptible to Resurrectors Advantagious CE?

By all accounts, yes. Just because you can't use a CE's granted Special Ability, doesn't mean you aren't affected by it. It's like giving a Saleucami Trooper greater mobile by Rex. He can't use it but he's affected by it. If a CE comes out granting units with o66 and GMA Evade SA, that unit would be affected by that granted SA despite it's restrictions.
Keep in mind, if an opponent has the audacity to run Ephant Mon, then Jaina would be affected by that opponent's CE as well.
At least, that's my interpretation based on past rulings.
