Incidentally, I had not thought about the Caamasi Noble. That answer was brilliant.
The original problem was to get all 10 factions in the squad before initiative, so Kazdan doesn't work there. My solution for that one without the Caamasi was to steal Rebel reinforcements with Marn while in a Sith squad (but over 300 points to do it). I don't think it's possible to get all 10 factions without Bribery and facing the right opponent, but if someone can do it I'd love to see it.
