Gundark + Wrangler + Han in stormy armor. How does this work?

If I have Han in stormy Armor to give followers charging fire, and at the start of a gundark’s turn he is within 6 of a wrangler, does he still get the CE from Han if he leaves the 6 square range of the wrangler or does he lose it once he leaves the 6 square radius from the wrangler?

Thanks

Charging fire replaces turn so as long as the Gundark is with 6 of both the CE and the Wrangler at the beginning of it's turn it can use charging fire (however having melee - he would still need to end his move adjacent to an enemy, since otherwise he cannot attack).

This is only because of "replace turn".

If it were a CE for something like the ith commander gives, the gundark would need to stay in the 6 square radius of the wrangler?
OR
Would does the CE start wherever the gundark is at the start of the turn?
OR
Would does the CE start wherever the gundark is at the end of the movement?

I'm sure the answer to this part is "have to stay in the wranglers radius to get the CE from the Ith Com." but it's worth asking.

The gundark needs to be under the influence of the CE at time of use - therefore for replaces turn abilities it use is at the very beginning of the Gundarks turn.

For the Ithorian Commander to make a difference the Gundark needs to be subject to the CE during the attack portion of it's turn.

If it gained (Greater) Mobile Attack from a CE, then the Gundark would need to be subject to the CE at the moment of attack - as that is when it's allowed to make it's attack(s) then continue moving.

*Clarification: "subject to the CE" for the characters in question requires the Gundark to lose Savage while within range of the Commander Effect at the given time.
