I'm currently working on a Force power titled "Dark Force Phantasm." It's purpose is to represent the Force Phantoms in the Legacy of the Force book series, and I would appreciate some help. Here is what I have so far:
Dark Force Phantasm (Force 2: When this character is targeted by an enemy, that enemy must make a save of 11. On a failure, the attack is redirected to another character of your choice within 6 squares. If no other character is within 6 squares, the attack is negated.)
It works similar to Bombad Gungan, only the save is given to the opponent. What do you think?
Would it be better for the attack to be negated even if the save is successful? Should I change the save in some way? Should I change the Force point cost? Would you be willing to use this Force power over something else, say, Master Illusion?

This is a toughy. I scratched my head over it. This is my version, may be it'll help?
Force Phantom (Force 3: useable only on this characters turn; sight, target 1 Living Enemy, until the end of the skirmish or this character is defeated; Target enemy takes 10 Damage for every succesful attack it makes. Target enemy can avoid damage with a save of 6.)

Phantasms were used for both offense and defense in the books. For simplicity's sake, I would choose one of he two. Your first version is defensive and as worded its pretty good.
