Yes. Lightsaber Throw counts as a non-melee attack, so all rules for non-melee apply.

They can't evade it if they are adjacent :p
But can use lightsaber reflect on a lightsaber throw?
I guess yes since it is a non-melee attack.

Evade - Whenever this character is hit by an attack from a nonadjacent enemy, it can avoid the damage with a save of 11.
LS Throw - (Force; 1 Force point) Instead of making its normal attack or attacks, a character using this Force power can make one attack against an enemy within 6 squares, ignoring the Melee Attack restriction. This counts as a nonmelee attack for purposes of effects such as Lightsaber Deflect and Molecular Shielding.
So yes. Evade only says that the attack has to come from a nonadjacent enemy. Even if LS Throw was still technically a melee attack (but it's not, because the glossary says it is a nonmelee attack), you would still be able to evade it, because Evade works on an attack made by a non adjacent enemy. Melee makes no difference.
As Ronson said, if you're adjacent and throw (why would you?), you can't evade it.
