If she is locked in a room and then moves adjacent to a door thus opening it, does her ce still give someone the +4 for +10? I would think no because the final act of her turn is opening the door, right?

My first instinct was to agree with you, but on further reflection, I think she would still be able to give the extra attack to someone outside the room. I would compare it to a character with Override, who, because both door checks and Override occur at the end of the turn, can choose to open the door first and then use Override on a door in line of sight. Leia's CE should work the same way, because it also occurs at the end of her turn (i.e., she can choose to either have the door open first or to give out the CE first, since both happen at the same "time").

I'm not positive it works that way, but it seems logical given how Override works.

As they happen simultaneously, you would choose the order of the end of turn effects, so you could choose to resolve doors first, then her CE.
