Its one of the super battle droids. I will look up the list when i get home and point it out.
I know the fig i had was standing and the one int he image was kneeling. I cked and rechecked the base..and was sure i was looking at it right.

Check the set number. There are several super battle droid poses, so the figure you have might be a different set number than the one you were looking at.
