Legacy is the best set so far, good characters, most of the VR's are good, and the rares are also pretty good,
and the UC's are very good for that set, like the elite rebel commando, republic commando training sergent,
lots more, but I do think that JA is going to be better.

Legacy of the Force, hands down. Kotor, CW, IE and JA still don't even come close.
The reason I say that is every faction is represented with at least one quality figure that helps it competitively (Dodonna, KKJB, Nyna, Tyrannus, Nomi, YVJH, BobaMC, RCTraining Sergeant, Cade, & Talon). I hope every future set can have this level of variety with at least one figure (even if its an uncommon) for every faction.

My top two current choices would be either Champions of the Force and Legacy of the Force.
But my final decision goes to Champions because it had some of everything (except mandos and vong). And it had a lot of good stuff that didn't change the meta much if at all.
