I was wondering about warmaster Tsavong Lah's CE. If a character moves into his CE's range to attack somebody do they get momentum on that attack?

Yes. You check to see if the CE is in affect when you go to use it. So if you end your movement within 6 of Lah (or a MD), then your character will gain Momentum.

Does it say movement or at the end of their turn? I used to have him, and we usually played at the end of turn.
not to get off of subject but do you get the CE for the rest of the skirmish or do U have to keep ending within 6 of him?

"Allied Yuuzhan Vong who end their move within 6 squares gain Momentum."
It ends with the end of the character's turn. So you must move again to gain it again.

You only gain momentum for that turn, if it was for the rest of the skirmish it would say so.
