If you have a character who gives Energy Shield (When this character or an adjacent character is hit by an attack from an enemy that is not adjacent to either, that character takes no damage and the attacker takes damage equal to the prevented damage; the attacker can avoid this effect with a save of 11.) and Evade (When hit by an attack from a nonadjacent enemy, this character takes no damage with a save of 11) Do both you and your opponent need to make a save in order for the attack to do damage to you? If yes, what happens first Energy Shield or Evade or do you get to pick? If Evade save succeeds first, does Energy Shield still occur?

As they both trigger at the same time (And both must happen as neither are optional), the defender would choose which order to use the two abilities.
However, if Evade is used first, and is successful, then Energy Shield will be reflecting back 0 damage if the attacker fails the save. As for whether you need to make an Energy Shield save after a successful Evade save, you technically do, but most opponents will wave it. However, there are moments where the save is important, such as when using Darth Vader, Dark Jedi.
