Do commander effects only effect people in the same squad?
I ask because Daala's card says Imperial Troopers get charging fire +10. Could you use her own CE against her? CE doesn't say "allied" or "follower" in it.

Are there other CEs out there like that as well? Does followers limit it just to characters in your squad?
Star Destroyer Officer: Characters named Imperial Navy Trooper within 6 squares gain Double Attack.
