A character with Lightwhip attacks JarJar Binks; LW says "this attack cannot be prevented" so does that mean that it ignores Bombad Gungan?

Bombad Gungan redirects the attack, it doesn't prevent it. If Lightwhip said the attacks could not be prevented or redirected, it would get around Bombad Gungan, in my opinion. However, since it only says "prevented," I don't think it would have any effect on Bombad Gungan.
