What do you guys use to store your minis? I haven't found a good solution yet.

I use a hardware storage drawer system I got from Lowes (or Home Depot one or the other.) I keep my cards sorted by faction in the top drawers and the minis sorted by faction in the other drawers. I've been meaning to reogranize it further but I'm really happy with the product. I like it.

If you google Hardware Storage you will see a bunch of the things I'm talking about.

Plastic bait buckets. They can be pricey, but they are quite handy. Particularly if you can find some where you pull the tabs out to separate it, so you can sort by faction.

The cards... I use the Deck Boxes I have, but I don't really buy that many. I find what I can that fits them to put the cards in lol.

Plano boxes. And then good old fashioned white CCG/baseball card boxes for the cards. Basically one per faction.

I use rolling a Rolling Ornament cart:

Drawers go:
1) Dice, laser pointer, and other accessories
2) Old Republic, Republic
3) Rebel, New Republic
4) Sith, Separatist, Mandalorian
5) Imperial, Vong
6) Fringe

I also have other similar drawers, one big one for my maps, huges, and Dejariks and a smaller one for my Rs/VRs and most commonly used fringe pieces.

I use exactly that, and it's perfect. In fact, I've even used double-sided tape to create some rows to help keep things organized and to hold the figs still when you open and close the drawers. You can find the same thing with bigger drawers too, and I store my huge figs in those. I have about 2000 minis or so, and I have 3 columns of these (3 drawers for Rebel, Republic and Imps, 2 for Seps, 1 for Sith, OR, Vong, NR, and 6 for Fringe).

I use a metal filing cabinet i found for $10 at good will. Huges just get put in a big amazon box. Still havent found a good way to keep them. Cards go in one of those $5 card boxes you can get at any LGS.

I keep my stuff in a big tool box using gallon size baggies to separate factions. Huges go on the bottom with a baseball card set box for the cards. Maps just lay on top. My goal was to have a easy to carry single item so I can grab it and go.

My collection is only 200 to 220 pieces though. That's what makes V-sets so amazing though. I may only have 200 pieces but it can be about triple that with Vs. ThumbsUp
