Yes, there are a couple of options. Sith Meditiation Sphere combined with Holo Sid gives the Meditation sphere renewal 1. Round 1 you have access to a movement breaker and also 5 force points on a select character. You could go a cheaper route with the fringe piece Draay who can share his FP with one ally of your choosing. Marka Ragnor FS has 4 fp to share with a sith ally. Exar Kun can share his FP with anyone while also stealing force from enemies (he's a personal favorite of mine to use).
