Question about Clamp. Say a melee attack from a character with Clamp hits an enemy with Parry. If the attack is parried successfully, does that enemy still need to Save11, and on failure take 10 damage plus be activated?

I would say that the parry save negates damage, definition of parry says when hit this character takes no damage with save of 11, but the character still needs to make the activation save.

A character with Clamp hits a character with Parry. Both effects are "when hit" effects, and both saves need to be rolled. They are simultaneous effects, so the attacker decides the order in which they are rolled. If the parry save is successful, the target takes no damage but still counts as hit. If the Clamp save is failed, add 10 to the attack's damage and the target cannot move for the rest of the round.
If both saves are successful, the target still takes no damage because it is +10 damage to the attack, not a separate 10 damage. The attack's damage was prevented by Parry. The target still cannot move.
