This didn't cut & paste so well from the spreadsheet, but the first column is the cost, the second is the character with the highest attack at or below that cost, the third is the Fringe character with the highest attack at or below that cost. (In case of tie, the lowest cost character with the highest attack is listed.) I would have expected that all of these would be Melee attackers, or at least shooters with minimal abilities. It really makes the Klatooinian Assassin stand out. No piece with a cost 24 or less has a higher base attack than the Klatooinian Assassin. Strong piece. Code:Cost ALL Fringe

Man, Guri's in some pretty elite company... NO fringer with a cost of almost 3 times her own has such an attack rating? Wow.

I'd say the reason she has such a high attack stat for her cost is because of poor synergy. As a Unique Droid, she couldn't really get any buffs until Grievous, DAC came out 5 years later.

why isn't the Kel Dor listed after the cost got to 13? They also have a base 12 attack.
