Shii-cho Mastery? Options

Any suggestions on what a Mastery version of Shii-cho would look like? I could see reducing the amount of needed enemies to 2, (unlikely) adding some defense ability or granting an additional attack. unless the version we have is to represent mastery in the first place... Any thoughts?

I would think some sort of extra attack (Twin, Extra, or Cleave) or mobility bonus.

I kinda thought about this yesterday Scared! But, I didn't really come up with anything...

Maybe grant Mettle on top of the +4 +4? That would help if it already had like LSD, to reroll (thus adding more defense).

Cleave could be awesome! A nice bonus in swarms, but not such a big bonus that the piece would RELY on swarms to really be good.

Greater Rolling Cleave: On this character's turn, each time this character defeats an adjacent enemy by making an attack, it can immediately move up to 2 squares and then make 1 attack against another adjacent enemy without provoking an attack of opportunity

Sort of a mini-galloping attack.

I think Cleave is a good choice, it's a cool SA that I don't see being used alot. It does help against swarms, though I'm not sure about Rolling Cleave since I doubt I Jedi would roll on the floor when surrounded by 3 or more enemies... How about instead of mettle a strieght bonus to Saves? +2-3-4? Mettle is a good choice though.

I think Greater Rolling Cleave is a very powerful SA since I believe it doesn't have a once per round limitation. Maybe too strong for S-C Mastery.

Considering Shii-Cho was developed to disarm I'd say a true Mastery form of it would (with a failed save of 11) either reduce an Enemies Damage rating by 10-20 (until the end of their next turn?) or activate them (they spend their turn picking up their weapon).

so:
Shii-Cho Mastery (+4 Attack and +4 Defense when 3 or more enemies are within 6 squares. Enemies hit by this character attacks must make a save of 11. On a failure....

that enemy gets -X Damage until the end of it's next turn.
or
that enemy is activated this round.

Not a bad idea, but I would definitely vote for the activating effect. I dislike having to track status of characters.

I know what you mean that's why I suggested it only last the targets next turn.

Assuming it would have the potential to activate, like a Melee jolt, would it only do so when 3 or more enemies are within 6 squares? Seems kind of limited.

no I would definitely make it separate from the first parts criteria

the issue with all of these is the fact that as soon as your opponent reads tha you get a super bonus when 3 or more enemies are within 6 squares, they will stop putting enemies in groups so you cant get the bonus... so you could make it thic character gets +4 +4 and disintegration for all the help its gonna be lol

You could still use a movement breaker to get were an opponent wouldn't be able to spread his forces out. (Swap Doombot ect) besides if someone has SCM and FORCES the enemy to split up then you already have a nice advantage.

Id give them Triple attack, and GMA, not too op, good for crowds, and lost when less than 3 enemies are around

or you could go for defensive (as shii-cho is) and give them evade and parry?
