If I bring Lobot in with Jabba GCB's reinforcements, do I choose Lobot's reinforcements at the same time? Otherwise you could essentially change your reinforcements after your opponent has revealed theirs.

Confusing, i might be incorrect, but I believe Jabbas would be Lobot and Lobot's reinforcements would set up with the rest of your guys

Since it happens during Setup my guess is that you could bring in Lobot w/ Jabba's Reinforcements and still get to bring in Lobot's Reinforcements.
I believe that when both opponents have Lobot (or simply characters w/ Reinforcements and/or Bribery type abilities) that they are revealed simultaneously.
In the spirit of that rule I would think Lobots Reinforcements would have to be revealed in conjunction with Jabba's.
