Im playing with a friend and im paying Zayne Carrick And Marn Heriogryph now with the Con Artist ability i took my enemies Rep Commando Bosses effect which reads. At the end of this characters turn 1 folloer within 6 squares whose names contains Republic Commando can make an immediate attack. who would Zayne and Marn benefit from it would they get an attack after they move or would an ally get an attack after they move? please help Thank you.

You read Con Artist incorrectly. It makes you SUBJECT to the chosen CE, you don't "take" the CE.
What that means is when your opponent activates Boss, he could choose to let Marn or Zayne make an immediate attack (you, the controller of Marn/Zayne, would choose the target, and it would have to be one of your opponent's pieces). Of course, he would never do this. So basically choosing Boss's CE is useless.
Con Artist should be used for CEs that grant bonuses, like Crix Madine's or Grand Admiral Thrawn's +3/+3 CE. It should not be used for CEs that are activated, like Boss's or Grand Admiral Thrawn's swap CE.

Pretty sure it just means that the player who controls Boss can give Zayne or Marn a shot at the end of Boss's turn. Its not a CE you want to con.
