Tried to find a Solution to this but found nothing:
If you have 2 different Versions of Tactician in a Squad What happens? Example: Viceroy Nute Gunray (Tact -4) and Admiral Trench (Tact +6)

Tactician does not stack with itself, so you would use the highest bonus.
However, in your example, one version is a penalty rather than a bonus, which changes things. In that situation, you take the highest bonus and the highest penalty and apply them. So, with those two, you'd wind up with just +2 initiative.

Thanks. That is actually how we ruled it.

They are not combined. You always take the biggest penalty, if any. Otherwise take the highest bonus. Quote:Tactician -4 Q: Would Tactician -4 and Tactician +4 negate each other? A: No. You can only benefit from one Tactician at a time. Q: Can I choose to use Tactician +4 over Tactician -4? A: No. You must always take the higher bonus, or you must take the one with the penalty (-X) Q: Can you wind up with a negative initiative result? A: Yes. http://www.swmgamers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=12642Note that in the case of Speed, anything below Speed 6 (the default) is considered a penalty. Jabba cannot gain Speed 4 from Nute Gunray as he must use the biggest penalty. (his own Speed 2)
