I just realized that the Yammosk War Coordinator's ability says "Special abilities that grant bonuses to Yuuzhan Vong within 6 squares" So does this apply to Shaper, thus granting everyone +10 damage?

Yup, totally works on Shaper. It's a good idea - it's weird having to have your fragile Shapers within 6 of your fighters.
