Te Ani'la Mand'alor's CE says that someone can use an ability that replaces turn. Do Triple, Double, Quadruple attacks replace turn? You can't move once you use them unless you have GMA so it makes sense and I don't see any other ability on the Neo-Crusaders that would fit that.

Advice?

They do not replace turn. The main "replaces-turn" ability this would help is Fire Support Mission, which is granted by Cassus Fett.
