But, I personally like the Wicket variant so that Maul can have a respectable attack value. Rate and Critique...

um, you said bring in a gonk, gonk's are for non-melee attackers.
I think this could be a really good squad, one of the few ways to use nihl(besides sith/mando squads with ordo)
I would have to say 7 1/2, because your not guaranteed a crit, there is a 15% chance of it though.

Nice. I had forgot about Nihl's commander effect, so he'll definitely be a nice piece to pair with Maul. Using Chagrian is good too. Will definitely have a tough time against shooter squads, but I think you pretty much have all the other bases covered.
Using the MTB might be about the only way you'd be able to pull off the big Triple in most cases though, as Maul will have a tough time staying alive just to base your opponent, let alone sit there till the next round. Poor guy.
Do a squad like this at 200 points with Sidious for some swapping, and it might work better.

you know the MTV isnt good, I wouldnt bring him in anyways, and he sucks against San Hill, and with the new Asajj I think this squad will have problems against the seperatists.
and if the muun and gonk are the reinforcements you probably will lose at least 6 points of your original squad because it takes about 2-3 initiatives to get to the opposite team,
Id stick with the original plan, its good enough.

This would be a great 200 squad, it just won't work out at 150.
