another stealth Q Options

Location: Redding CA

3 figures are in line of sight
10 squares away, 11 squares away and 12 squares away ( I just chose 3 distances)
all 3 of them have stealth and are in cover (low objects)
NO ONE else in the squad is in line of sight

Can I target the one that is 10 squares away? Or, are all of them safe for now?

Accurate Shot aside, None of them would be legal targets as they do not count as the nearest enemy due to Stealth.
