I have a question, maybe it's silly, maybe it isn't, but do Commander Effects stack with printed abilities?

Example 1: If I use Grandmaster Luke Skywalker with a character who already has Force Renewal 1, will that character get two force points per turn? What about a character with Force Renewal 2 or 3?
Example 2: If I use Jabba, Crime Lord with a character who already has Cunning Attack, will the two Cunning Attacks stack? What if I use a character with Cunning Attack +20?

EDIT: And a related note about Grandmaster Luke's CE - does it affect characters with no printed Force Rating?

Same name abilities generally do not stack. If you have Cunning Attack already and also get it from Jabba Cringe Lord it doesn't help you at all.

Answering the other questions...

If a player gains Force Renewal 1 while already having it, they still just have Force Renewal 1. They only gain 1 force per turn.

If a player with Cunning Attack +20 gains Cunning Attack, they get the larger bonus (+20). They do not add them.

GMLS' CE specifically says characters with a Force rating, so characters without a force rating are not affected. (Note, however, that Sidious, Hologram's CE does affect characters without a Force rating. You can gain Force points but not have a Force rating.)
