Virtulent Paralyzing Poison: (+20 Damage against adjacent living enemies and target is considered activated this round; save 16)
So here's the scenario: Tor Viszla comes up to GOWK w/ Soresu Mastery. Tor attacks and lands a hit, but GOWK makes his soresu save. Does GOWK still take 20 damage from poison, save of 16?

The damage is added onto the attack, so no. He would still need to make the save for activation, though.

I disagree. It's all in one sentence, not broken into two like we would see with Evazhen. Not only that but Naga Sadow's poison is not auto added to the damage of the attack, but is a totally separate roll.
For it to match Sithborg's opinion it would have to read: Virtulent Paralyzing Poison: (+20 Damage against adjacent living enemies. Target is considered activated this round; save 16)

Poison adds a bonus to the damage; it is not a separate set of damage. In this scenario Obi Wan used SSM first before making his poison roll. He succeeded, so all damage is reduced to 0. This means that his poison save will only affect activation, not damage. With Naga Sadow's poison, which is only a boost to damage, a successful SSM save means that the result of the poison save is completely irrelevant and can be ignored. The only exception there being if there is someone with something that can trigger an effect on a specific die roll (i.e. Vader, Dark Jedi).
