Do Red Hand Troopers gain the Rebel Captains CE? Or do they have to have rebel trooper in their name?

Rebel Captain's ce says "Rebel trooper followers within 6 squares gain Twin Attack. "
Lower case t on troopers means that all Rebel faction "troopers" are subject to his CE, so Red Hand Troopers do gain Twin Attack.
