I have a friend who plays General Grievous, Droid Army Commander and Commando Droids with an Officer and Captain in casual games we play.
Of course, Grievous grants a +4 to Attack and Defense and Twin Attack to droid followers. The officer has Fire Control, the special ability which grants a +4 to non-unique Droid's Attack. His Commander Effect grants a +2 to Attack and Defense and +10 Damage to Commando Droids.
So, your standard Commando Droid has 16 Defense and 7 Attack. So far, he's been adding all of the above on, for a 22 Defense and a +17 Attack.
But then I noticed the following, under the glossary for commander effect:
Duplicate commander effects never stack. A single character can benefit from any number of different commander effects simultaneously, but if more than one grants a bonus to the same roll or statistic, only the highest bonus applies.
The underlined line seems to imply that the +2 to Attack and Defense does not add onto Grievous DAC's +4, since 4 is higher than 2. They would still get a +4 to Attack from Fire Control, but is the final result actually 20 Defense and 15 Attack instead of the 22/17?

GGDAC and the CDO's CEs do not stack with each other. Fire Control stacks with either. With all 3, they are at +15 Attack, 20 Defense.

That's what I thought, I just never noticed that line of the commander effect glossary before. Thank you.
