So I've been playing this game for ten years now and have always favored the Mondos, but thought that the only way to have force sensitive characters in a squad was to have Ulic (which I do) or a fringe character... Since coming to this site I have seemingly discovered a Mando Jaina, Obiwan, Maul and others. I cannot find the actual booster series that these claim to be from. Are these real or just custom characters that someone created? and if they are real where might I purchase them? Anyone have them for trade or sell?

Welcome to the site! The last WOTC set was Masters of the Force in early 2010. Since then, the community has produced v-sets - cards which use existing WOTC pieces as the recommended miniature. The first, Destiny of the Force, was released in late 2010, and the most recent only came out a few weeks ago. The v-set cards are available in printed form, and are legal for official tournaments like the Regionals and the National Championship at GenCon. The Mandos even won the National Championship in 2014, using new pieces like Kelborn and Mandalore the Vindicated along with Mandalorian Scouts and the Mandalorian Captain. Those pieces are all from the V-Sets. Digital sets created after WoTc stopped making the game. They only have corresponding stat cards (if you want them message UrbanJedi) but there is no physical mini to purchase. They are however real game pieces that are totally playable I'm games and tournaments.
So what you would do is get the Vset stat card (or print them out) and find a miniature to represent them (all of your examples have pretty obvious ones) and you can use them in a squad!

One heads up for you as you introduce yourself to the V-sets: You'll notice that a lot of them are rather strong pieces. This is because as a whole, the entire sets were made with competitive play in mind and almost all minis can generally find a place in a tier 1-2 squad. This does not mean that they obsolete everything WotC did; instead, It means that the new figures can hold their ground against the minis and squads that were top-tier when WotC cut support (After all, if a new piece is obsoleted by an old piece, why make or play it?). Granted, there have been some hiccups and some eratta, but the meta's still far wider than what it was in the WotC days.
Think of it this way, since the V-Set team's not selling miniatures, they don't need to make garbage filler like Klatoonian Enforcers or Nikto Soldiers.

Thank you all very much! Like I said, I've been playing for a little over 10 years but was unaware that new cards were released by the community after Wizards stopped printing. Hopefully I can use these to make my Mando squad even more powerful. They should go nice with Canderous and Mandalore the Ultimate:)

If you have any questions feel free to ask, TheHutts' Rolling Mini of the Day is a good way to get caught up with some very good commentary, and if you build squads folks will often offer suggestions.
