Yeah. But also, story-wise, the Confederacy pretty much runs on hordes of grunts lead by a few really potent commanders. The Rebels, on the other hand, have a ton of cool mid-costing 'main character' types. In the EU it's pretty much always Main Republic Characters > Main Confederacy Characters > other Republic Characters. Thematically speaking, Grievous and Dooku should win most battles they take part in, but ultimately lose the war because they can't be everywhere the Rebels can at once.

Droids are flawless???!!! Puleeez. In our last battle you only managed to kill Tech 1138, (who was posthumously awarded the Meritorious Galactic Cluster) and an R-7 unit. All while your flawless droids were trying to hide.
