For example when I use Princess Leia's CE to attack with someone with Force Points and I miss, when I reroll the attack I still get her bonus of +4 attack and +10 damage, correct?
Also, if additionally I combined fire with one mini for the first attack, I would still get the +8 attack and +10 damage combined for the reroll, correct?

Yes, if you reroll with a Force point it is still considered the same attack so all the bonuses still apply.

The way I had it described to me was that if you spend a force point to reroll, it is as if the first roll did not occur, as if the reroll is the initial roll.
