I do not believe so, because Boba does not have the SA Mercenary.

No, he cannot. A character has to have the Mercenary SA to count as a Mercenary.

That's what I told my buddy, ha he said there was a loop hole around it due to Boba's name included Merc. He was saying it only works with this Fett and no others.
