So my friend and I are in the middle of a game where we both have Darth Caedes Sith Lord, and we are now in a weird situation where we both want to use Aing-Tii flow walking but we don't know who gets to use it first, since it happens at the same time?

Let me clarify that: Whoever won the initiative roll chooses who gets initiative. That person will use it first.
