Looking specifically at Grand Master Yoda, would he benefit from both twin attack &/or double attack when using this force power?

He benefits from Twin via Ataru Style Mastery if he meets the conditions for Ataru Style (one enemy within 6).

Double Attack doesn't come into play. Lightsaber Throw 3 just says: "Make an attack against the chosen enemy and against each character adjacent to that enemy."
