Does Journal of the Whills make CE's unlimited range or boardwide? I'm thinking unlimited. Clarification: " That character is considered to be within range of allies’ commander effects" This is the part I'm referencing. PS "what you talkin bout willis" (had to get that out)

Depends on which CEs you are talking about.
"That character is considered to be within range of allies’ commander effects, and its own commander effects have unlimited range."
The Skywalker's CEs are unlimited range (like Mas - draw a line). For being in range of other CEs, it's boardwide (like Commander Luke Skywalker's effect for troopers).
