Can journal of the whills be disrupted? Such as by Disruptive or Distraction.
(Also, I sense a strong Trolling with that "name contains" bit, i.e. Vader's Apprentice)

My understanding would be that the Journals of the Whill SA cannot be affected by Disruption and Distraction, but the Commander Effects that are being transmitted and received can be disrupted as per normal.
I certainly didn't consider the Vader's Apprentice stuff in playtesting. I don't think it really helps Imperials, since they have Mas Amedda, but it might do something for Vader's Apprentice Redeemed.
