Obviously the majority will vote that Wedge is & i agree with them somewhat. I voted for Mara Jedi for these simple facts. With wedge yea she gets evade & mobile attack but i feel she could do beautiful on her own.
1) she has stealth so has a better chance of staying alive better than most. Yea evade puts her over the top but without it she can survive. & she has block so alive for adjacent attacks as well.
2) She has twin so mobile she doesnt need to get her 2 pops off. Sure it makes her better but this is dedicated to who we think the best NR piece is & im assuming it means without no help.
3) she has lightsaber assult with twin plus lightsaber so shes doing 4 pops at 20 dam with the chance of cunning so 30 damage with a +16 attack & 30 dam. & also haves deadly attack.
In my book she has it all, 110 hit points +12 attack & +20 defense.
I like using her with Jaina & Han Rebel Hero to get a chance to LSA someone at 40 damage.
