Ran into an interesting situation with this ability. Was in an incredibly close game where the only moving attacking pieces were an Ugnaught and this (Other pieces were Emplacement Jabba, an R7 on my team and a Yammosk on Vong, both pieces that cannot move and couldn't see anybody). Theoretically, if the Ugnaught attacked this and then died to Defensive Reflex, would the game be a draw because none of the remaining pieces could attack anything/see anybody?
Thanks, HarryG

I think you'd go by how many points each side has.

True, but I guess what I'm asking (and I didn't clarify, so my bad) is assuming the game is tied on points. What happens then (And yes I know its extremely unlikely, but I'm just curious)?

well, first you would keep playing (5 rds of no attacks,s ave rolls, etc would end the game) to see if either player could get over 200 with gambit. Assuming players were still tied at that point, then the player with the figure closest to the center of the map (highest cost if distance is tied) would then be the winner. If somehow players were still tied, I believe it would be a coin flip.
And I did lose a game at Gencon to the closest to the center tiebreaker at gencon one year (one of the funnest games I have ever played).

Ah alright, thanks for this clarification.

On the 5 rounds thing... if you're facing the issue where you have an opponent retreating while they are ahead by more than 50 points, they'll win after 5 rounds of no engagement while you are gaining gambit (but not enough gambit). But you can camp in gambit and keep the game going by damaging your own characters with War Throat or something like that.
