Squint and Malak Options

When building a squad for Old Republic I am trying to use Squint and Malak together I added the crusader, but when i choose one it will not allow me to use the other. There has been no Errata for the rules that i can find that they count as the same character even though i know they are. will this be corrected or do you know something I do not?

I don't have any inside info. I just always associate a unique character with their identity when I add them to the database. Squint has been Darth Malak in the database for a long time. It just only now is making a difference. I guess I'll "fix" my database to be incorrect to go along with the current ruling (or lack thereof).
