Can the initiative score go above 20? Like if someone rolls a 19, can they go +2 to 21, or is it capped at 20?

Please answer soon somebody please hurry. Please.

Yes, tactician can take it above 20.

I'm asking because I have tactician +4 and immediate droid reserves in the same squad. Since it ignores a roll of 1, it is impossible to roll a five, making it less likely to get reserves. Is this right or should we just say rolling a different number gets you them.

It's an anti-synergy - there are only 3 numbers you can hit instead of 4.
